Texas Tech Pool Service LLC provides pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, remodeling, resurfacing, leak detection, and related swimming pool services.
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and does not replace the terms of an individual service agreement, estimate, proposal, or contract.
Service recommendations, pricing, timelines, and results may vary depending on pool condition, equipment, weather, water chemistry, access, and the scope of work required. Any estimate or advertised starting price is subject to inspection and confirmation of the services required.
Texas Tech Pool Service LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, equipment failures, underground plumbing conditions, structural problems, or other conditions that could not reasonably be identified before service begins.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the pool and equipment and for notifying Texas Tech Pool Service LLC of known hazards, damaged equipment, pets, access restrictions, or other conditions that could affect service.
Nothing on this website creates a warranty or guarantee beyond any warranty expressly provided in writing by Texas Tech Pool Service LLC.
Important: this is general business-language drafting, not a guarantee that every clause will be enforceable under Texas law. For the website, though, this is much more appropriate than copying the other pool company's legal disclaimer.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Texas Tech Pool Service LLC
All weekly and monthly pool service charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Customers must provide safe, reasonable access to the pool and equipment. If access is blocked—for example, by a locked gate, missing or incorrect gate code, or an unsecured or aggressive dog—the scheduled visit is still considered a service visit, and no credit or refund will be issued.
During lightning or other unsafe weather conditions, certain service tasks may be limited for safety. Poles and other long tools will not be used when lightning is present. The regular monthly service charge will still apply.
Customers who wish to cancel ongoing service must provide 30 days’ notice.
